HOA Dues
HOA dues are $130 monthly and are payable monthly, semi-annually, or annually. For your convenience, the HOA Board suggests you set up through your bank's bill pay monthly payments payable to: Dunraven Homeowners Association. Or checks can be mailed to:

Please make all checks payable to Dunraven HOA.
In the payee account number field, put your last name, then your street address. Example: Smith, 1234 Dunraven.
Additional information: Credit cards and debit cards aren't acceptable means of payment for dues. You can't send multiple checks at once, each with a different date.

Dues Enforcement Procedures

The Dunraven HOA Dues are to be paid by the 15th of each month. The board does monitor dues monthly.

If 2 months of dues are owed, a $50.00 fine will be assessed and the resident notified.

If not up to date by the following month's due date, an additional $100.00 will be assessed with notification.

If dues and fines are not completely paid in these 4 months, it will be turned over to the HOA Attorney to place a lien on the property. Fines will continue to be assessed until all that is due is paid, including the attorney’s fee.
ACH Payments are an option.
